Yantis is refusing to refund me my money for an appointment she cancelled, re-booked at a time l never agreed to and then said she would not do a pedicure anymore which was included in my manicure and pedicure package. I am will to delete/change this review if l get refunded my $70. I have screenshots of my conversation with Yantis that supports my review.

Yantis is the best hairdresser I’ve ever visited. My colour was applied professionally and artistically - resulting in the most beautiful blonde I’ve ever had. The process was explained to me very well and haircut was also excellent. 10/10 - I strongly recommend Yantis

Yantis made a mistake with another booking so it took 2 hours to do a regrowth tint. I was booked in for a cut and blow dry as well but had to leave so blow dried my own hair and she had the audacity to try and charge me $100. Her other hairdresser was lovely but I would not recommend going there purely because of how inconsiderate she (The owner) was.
